Graduate Student

I completed a double major in Neuroscience and Biology at Brandeis University (2018-2022), where I conducted a combined BS/MS thesis with Dr. Sacha Nelson on the role of KLF family transcription factors in ion channel gene expression regulation. Currently pursuing a PhD at the Schafer Lab, my research, co-mentored by Dr. Schafer and Dr. Yemini, focuses on applying NeuroPAL to the rodent retina to examine retinal ganglion cell (RGC) subtype-specific changes during neuroinflammation. Outside of the lab, I am passionate about dance, Kpop, snowboarding and the company of fluffy pets.
